About Us: ​​City Fight Club facilitates Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Wrestling. and Grappling training. 

MMA: Popularized by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC); MMA is a combat sport in which participants utilize: punches, kicks, wrestling, other strikes and submissions.

Grappling: Merges the sports of Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ); has a lower risk of injury than MMA (no striking), but is often considered more technically challenging.

Benefits: Training MMA and/or Grappling is an engaging way to improve health, fitness, etc. It's also the world's most effective form of unarmed combat/self defense; improve your safety and confidence; be a badass!

Sparring: The most important part of training; great workout, great skill building, get in-shape, learn to stay safe and have fun.

Drilling: Take things to the next level; learn the moves, chain them together and elicit predictable patterns of exploitable response.

​Weights/Stretching/Cardio: The stronger, more flexible and better shape you get in in, the easier everything is.
